Welcome to Pour Recall, a wine logging app brought to you by IFIO Girl, LLC, a Kansas City-based company. By downloading or using Pour Recall, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — we promise they’re shorter than a wine list.

1. Who Can Use Pour Recall

Pour Recall is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 21, please close the app and come back when you’re legal.

2. What Pour Recall Does

Pour Recall lets you log, photograph, and save notes about wines you’ve tried. It’s your personal wine memory — simple, playful, and judgment-free. No sommelier credentials required.

3. Free Access and In-App Purchase

Pour Recall is free to download and use. Free accounts may log up to five (5) wines at no charge. After your fifth wine log, you will be offered a one-time in-app purchase of $1.99 USD to unlock unlimited wine logging forever — what we call Pourever Access.

Please note:

• This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will never be charged again.
• All billing is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective payment policies.
• Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by IFIO Girl, LLC. Please contact the platform through which you made your purchase for refund inquiries.
• Pourever Access is tied to your account. Keep your login information safe.

4. Your Account

You may create an account using your email address or via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at admin@ifiogirl.com.

5. Your Content

Any wine notes, photos, or other content you log in Pour Recall belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share, sell, or display your content to other users — your wine journal is yours and yours alone.

6. Data We Collect

Pour Recall collects only the information necessary to run the app: your name, email address, and the wine logs you create. We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party analytics tools. 7. Acceptable Use

Pour Recall is designed for personal wine logging. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app, or to use the app in any way that could harm IFIO Girl, LLC or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pour Recall is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep the app running smoothly, IFIO Girl, LLC does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFIO Girl, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pour Recall. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pour Recall after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
