Pour Recall is a wine journaling app created by IFIO Girl, LLC. Pour Recall is currently available as a web app http://www.pourrecall.app and is being prepared for submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Pour Recall collects, how we use it, and how you can contact us with privacy, support, or data deletion questions.
Pour Recall is intended for adults of legal drinking age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or region. Good wine is a memory. Safety is a priority. Drink responsibly.
What Pour Recall Collects
When you use Pour Recall, we may collect information you choose to add to the app, including:
- Your account information, such as your email address or login details
- Wine entries you create, including wine names, wine types, notes, thumbs up or thumbs down choices, prices, and other details you save
- Photos you upload or take of wine bottles
- Feedback you choose to provide through surveys or forms
- Basic technical information, such as device type, browser type, app usage, and error information used to keep the app working properly
Pour Recall is designed to collect only the information needed to help you save, remember, and find your own wine choices.
How Pour Recall Uses Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your Pour Recall account
- Save and display your wine journal entries
- Let you upload or view wine bottle photos
- Help you search, edit, and manage your saved wines
- Improve the app before and after App Store launch
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the app from misuse, errors, or unauthorized access
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos and Camera Access
Pour Recall may let you take or upload photos of wine bottles. If you use Pour Recall to take or upload a photo, your device may ask for camera or photo library access. Pour Recall uses that access only so you can add a wine bottle image to your own saved wine entry.
Third-Party Services
Pour Recall is built using Adalo, a no-code app platform. Adalo may help provide app hosting, database, authentication, image storage, and publishing tools needed for Pour Recall to work.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported login provider, that provider may share certain account information with Pour Recall, such as an email address or account identifier, depending on your privacy choices.
Pour Recall may also use trusted third-party services for features such as forms, surveys, email, analytics, crash reporting, or support. These services may process information only as needed to provide their services to Pour Recall.
As Pour Recall grows and evolves, this policy may be updated to reflect any new services used in the app.
Analytics and App Improvement
Because Pour Recall is still being refined for launch, we may review basic usage patterns and user feedback to understand what is working, what is confusing, and what needs improvement.
We use this information to improve the app experience. We do not use Pour Recall to track users across other apps or websites for advertising.

Pour Recall is operated by IFIO Girl, LLC in the United States. Pour Recall may be available to users in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions outside the United States.
If you use Pour Recall from outside the United States, your information may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. This includes services used to host, operate, authenticate, store, and support the app, including Adalo.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, IFIO Girl, LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as Adalo, act as data processors or service providers.
We process personal information based on the following legal grounds, as applicable:
– Performance of a contract: to create and manage your account, save your wine entries, display your saved wines, and provide the app’s core features.
– Consent: when you choose to upload photos, provide optional feedback, or allow access to your device camera or photo library.
– Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Pour Recall.
– Legal obligations: when we are required to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful requests.
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, which may include data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms used by our service providers.
Data Retention
Pour Recall keeps your information as long as your account is active or as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
You are in control of deleting your account. If you choose to delete your account inside Pour Recall, your account and saved wine data are automatically deleted from the Adalo database.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your Pour Recall account directly inside the app by selecting the “Delete Account” button.
When you delete your account, your saved Pour Recall data, including your wine entries and account information, is removed from the Adalo database.

Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing that already occurred) and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
You can delete your account and data at any time directly within the app, or contact us at the email below to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to help protect user information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect the information users trust us with.
Children’s Privacy
Pour Recall is intended for adults of legal drinking age and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features, service providers, or data practices. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
